Beautiful surroundings and comfortable rooms

I recently had a fantastic weekend getaway at a resort surrounded by serene nature. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with a scenic view from the balcony. The location was perfect for a relaxing stay, with easy access to nearby attractions and plenty of greenery. the staff was extremely polite and accommodating, always ready to assist at any time.

Although the staff was friendly, the language barrier proved to be a bit of a challenge at times. Some of the amenities were limited, and the communication could have been much clearer in regards to what was available.

Location of this hotel was good for exploring chiang mai zoo. Phuket Seafood, where you can eat, is easy walk to the venue...

Had a fabulous Christmas stay tucked away by a beautiful lake and surrounded by lush greenery. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the breakfast spread was great, with a variety of options to choose from, and we enjoyed waking up to the scenic view from our room. the peaceful location and serene atmosphere made for a truly relaxing holiday.

The staff are the best, welcoming and accommodating. Charades and sign language made communication fun. Beautiful views, cleanliness, and great value. Convenient location for golfers.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel nestled next to a beautiful lake. We appreciated the tranquility and peacefulness of this location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and we were impressed by the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The parking was convenient, and we were grateful for the availability of transportation to the night bazaar and two major shopping centres. The staff were undoubtedly the best part of our stay - always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered every morning.

Although there were some language barriers, we enjoyed using charades and sign language to communicate. The location of this hotel is amazing, nestled on a lake away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The value for money was also fantastic. We especially appreciated the attentive room service and the option to hire bicycles to explore the surrounding area. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Guests can enjoy facilities such as a golf course, swimming pool and water sports. Visitors may benefit from the free shuttle bus service or negotiate a good fare with passing taxis.
